My products are made from a casting compound and are sealed, so they are water-repellent but not waterproof. Cleaning is best done with a slightly damp cloth.

Despite great care, slight bumps and air pockets can occur as this is a material property. This is not a reason for complaint, each product is unique. Each product is handmade to order, so no returns are accepted. I hope you understand :-)
